BUDGET MEETINGS:

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE ACME IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ADOPTING THE DISTRICT'S PRELIMINARY NON-AD VALOREM ASSESSMENT RATES FOR TRUTH-IN-MILLAGE ("TRIM") PURPOSES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Chapter 2003-330, Laws of Florida, and specified provisions of Chapter 298 of Florida Statutes, provide that the Board of Supervisors of the Acme Improvement District shall consider and adopt an annual budget for the District; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 2003-330, Laws of Florida, and specified provisions of Chapter 298 of Florida Statues, provide that the Board of Supervisors shall adopt non-advalorem assessments upon designated lands lying within the jurisdictional boundaries of the District for purposes of TRIM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE ACME IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, FLORIDA that:
SECTION 1. The foregoing recitals are hereby affirmed and ratified as being true and correct.
SECTION 2. The Preliminary Non-Ad Valorem Assessment Rate per computed acre depending on the Unit, for Acme Improvement District for purposes of TRIM for the Fiscal Year 2026-2027are hereby adopted as follows:
1. Acme Improvement District Surface Water Management, District Roads and Parks, and Stormwater Capital Improvements, Palm Beach Polosub-unit AFPAF1M: $305.00 perunit. Approximate units and total assessed amount:
Acme Improvement District Palm Beach Polo Units 1,749 Units $506,773 Total
2. Acme Improvement District Surface Water Management, District Roads and Parks, and Stormwater Capital Improvements, all units excluding Palm Beach Polo sub-unit: $275.00 per unit. Approximate units and total assessed amount:
Acme Improvement District All Other Units 24,685 Units $6,448,956 Total
SECTION 3. Th is Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption

A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF WELLINGTON FLORIDA ADOPTING THE SADDLE TRAIL PARK SOUTH NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PRELIMINARY NON-AD VALOREM ASSESSMENT RATES FOR TRUTH-IN-MILLAGE ("TRIM") PURPOSES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHERE AS, the Saddle Trail Park South Neighborhood Improvement Project Non-Ad Valorem Assessment is levied by Wellington for the purpose of repayment of the Saddle Trail Park South Improvement Bond, Series 2016; and
WHERE AS, the Council of Wellington is required to consider and adopt Preliminary Non-Ad Valorem Assessment Rates for the Saddle Trail Park Neighborhood Improvement District upon designated lands lying within the jurisdictional boundaries of Wellington for TRIM purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF WELLINGTON, FLORIDA that
SECTION 1. The foregoing recitals are hereby affirmed and ratified as being true and correct.
SECTION 2. The Preliminary Non-Ad Valorem Assessment Rate per acre, for Saddle Trail Park South Improvement District for purposes of TRIM for the Fiscal Year 2026-2027are here by adopted as follows
Saddle Trail Park South Neighborhood Improvement District (SADDLE TRL PK S NBHD IMPROV): $1,720.54 per acre/unit. Approximate units and total assessed amount:
SADDLE TRL PK S NBHD IMPROV 164.29 acres $282,667.80 Total
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all owners of lands located within the boundaries of ACME IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT that pursuant to applicable laws, a meeting of the Landowners of ACME IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT will be held immediately following the conclusion of the Wellington Council Meeting which starts at or about 6:30 P.M. on Monday, January 12, 2026 in the Council Chambers at the Wellington Village Hall, 12300 Forest Hill Blvd. for the purpose of transacting any and all business that may come before the Board.

NOTICE OF CORRECTION TO ACME NON-AD VALOREM ASSESSMENT
ACME IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the proposed property tax notices (TRIM Notices) mailed by the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 contained an incorrect non-ad valorem assessment amount for the ACME Improvement District.
The correct assessments, as adopted by Resolution No. AC2025-06 of the Board of Supervisors of the Acme Improvement District on August 12, 2025, and as certified to the Palm Beach County Tax Collector, are as follows:

Palm Beach Polo Sub-Unit (AFPAF1M):
$305.00 per unit (1,749 units; $506,773 total) -
Saddle Trail
$1,720.57 per unit (164 units;$282,667.80) -
All Other Units within Acme Improvement District:
$275.00 per unit (24,685 units; $6,448,956 total)
hese assessment rates are higher than those printed on the proposed TRIM notices. The final tax bills issued by the Palm Beach County Tax Collector will reflect the correct adopted assessment amounts.
This correction is made in accordance with Section 197.3632, Florida Statutes.
